March 17th marks one year since L!VE Café's grand opening!! In one short year, we have experienced many milestones, launching partnerships with 10 other small, local businesses and collaborating with over 20 non-profit organizations in support of missional alignment. These collectives have resulted in the startup of businesses like Better Belly, who now provide our gluten-free quiche & cheesecake, and the continued success of businesses like Soul City & Bridge to Freedom, both businesses in the Austin community who provide our barbecue sauce and catering, respectively. Additionally, L!VE is responsible for the creation jobs for over 15 people, 3 internships, over $15,000 dollars being channeled back into the Austin community, more than 100 hours of direct coaching support provided for leaders who work/live in Austin, and countless opportunities for organic relationships and the sharing of lives and stories.
Partnering Well We have supported endeavors led by Austin Coming Together, Accion, Leland Elementary School (Austin), Roosevelt Middle School (River Forest), Julian Middle School (Oak Park), Westside Bridge, The Leadership Network, Suburban Unity Alliance, Echo Theater, Oak Park Working Moms, Oak Park Progressive Women, Oak Park Economic Development Corporation, One Earth Film Festival, Housing Forward, Success for All Youth, Arbor West Neighborhood Alliance, The Cook County Commissioners Office, The Oak Park Public Library, 19th Century Club, The Oak Park River Forest Community Foundation, Community of Congregations, The Oak Park Chamber of Commerce, and so many others participating in collaborative community efforts on behalf of The Greater West Side! All this in just our first year! We know that this was possible because of your continued support, and on behalf of the entire L!VE team, we would like to thank you for every contribution you have made to our development as a business and as a community hub!

L!VE is a transformational experience company that uses artisanal beverages and products to bring people together. Bright Endeavors lights the way for young moms and their kids through their candle making enterprise. Our partnership on this new line of candles allows you to enjoy the beauty our scents make in your life and in the lives of so many others. We need your help! We want to launch this new live product as a part of our first year celebration. In order to get this initiative going by March 2018, we must invest $8,000 in inventory. With just 200 donors, we can launch a product that continues to secure our bottom line as a new, small business, while continuing to provide jobs, partnerships, and development amongst small entities within our community!
